A web link instead of a spreadsheet
Create a link, send it to your manager or client, and they see your recent hours in the browser — no app, no login. Links expire automatically and can be revoked anytime.
Weekly approvals with a paper trail
Submit your week when it's done. Your manager approves it — or rejects it with a note so you know exactly what to fix. Approved weeks lock against accidental edits until you reopen them.
Privacy by design
Shared views contain hours only: no pay rates, no earnings, no personal account details. You control who sees what, and revocation is instant.
Frequently asked questions
- Does my manager need the app? No. You can share a read-only web link that opens in any browser. For in-app sharing with approvals, both sides use WorkTime with a one-time invite code.
- What does a shared timesheet show? Hours only: dates, start/end times, breaks, and job names. Your pay rates and earnings are never shared.
- Can I stop sharing? Anytime. Revoking a share or link takes effect immediately on the next view.
- How do approvals work? Submit a week from the app; your manager approves or rejects it (with a note). Approved weeks are locked against accidental edits until you reopen them.
